Landlords

At SilverOak London, we understand that Landlords just want a hands-free, healthy and reliable income from their properties.

We rent properties directly from landlords for fixed long-term tenancies, taking over the full responsibility of the property and managing it on the landlord’s behalf. Landlords then deal with us, instead of the tenants. We fully re-furbish and furnish the properties and pay all bills (including cleaners and gardeners), and then provide rooms to working professionals on 6-month Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs).

We have our own handyman and building team for maintenance

When we take over the management of your property, we treat your property as if it’s our own. We go out of our way to ensure the service we provide is like something you have never experienced. We guarantee your rent every single month for the duration of the agreement, we cover all void periods and don’t charge you a monthly fee.

As a SilverOak Tenant, you will experience a new-and-improved version of co-living. All of our properties are freshly refurbished with 50″ smart TV’s, free unlimited WiFi, a fortnightly cleaner, all bills included and a gardener. We also pride ourselves in only housing full-time working professionals, so you will be sharing your home with friendly, like minded individuals.
